Strip House Chef Michael Vignola to Cook at the James Beard House

Strip House Executive Chef Michael Vignola will serve a five course “Scotchy Scotch Steak Dinner” at the prestigious James Beard House on Saturday, May 21st. Chef Vignola has teamed up with the Glenrothes Distillery to produce a unique dining experience featuring mouthwatering steaks and the finest scotch.

When guests arrive for the dinner, they are invited to walk through the Beard House kitchen to meet Chef Vignola and observe the Strip House team at work. Dinner will then start at 7PM with hors d’oeuvre followed by a five course tasting menu.
